The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Final Number Of Participants No Later Than 3 Days Before The Start Of The Holiday. It Is Allowed To Travel Abroad As Part Of The Offered Bus Trip, Sightseeing As Part Of The Trip May Be Combined With Training On A Slope Abroad, Then The Condition Of A Distance Of 20 Km From The Accommodation Location To The Slope Will Not Apply. 3.4 Participants Will Be Qualified For Recreation By The Ordering Party In Cooperation With School Principals From The Postomino Commune. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Completed Qualification Cards To The Contractor.3.5 As Part Of The Offered Gross Price For One Recreation Participant, The Contractor Must Finance The Cost Of The Childs Stay At The Winter Camp, Including: 3.5.1. Transport From Postomin And Back To Postomin Under The Care Of Educators. Transport Is To Be Carried Out By A Modern, Comfortable Bus, Equipped With Air Conditioning And A Toilet, With Seats For All Participants And Educators. The Bus Will Arrive At The Meeting Point No Later Than 30 Minutes Before The Scheduled Departure Time. The Bus Will Be Operated By Drivers With Appropriate Qualifications. The Facility Is To Provide Good Sanitary Conditions: Hot Running Water 24 Hours A Day, Rooms For A Maximum Of 4 People With Bathrooms (Toilet, Washbasin, Shower) With Appropriate Equipment (Clothes Wardrobes With Hangers, Table And Chairs, And Personal Lockers Next To The Beds). The Facility Where The Winter Camp Will Be Organized Has A Canteen With Kitchen Facilities For Preparing Meals. Pursuant To Art. 92C Section 3 Of The Act On The Education System, The Recreation Organizer Must Have An Opinion Confirming That The Facility Or Area Meets Fire Protection Requirements, Issued By The Local District (Municipal) Commander Of The State Fire Service. The Opinion Is Valid For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Its Issuance, If The Fire Protection Conditions Of The Facility Or Area Have Not Changed.3.5.3. Meals 3 Meals A Day (Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner), As Well As A Packed Lunch And Drinks For The Return Home; In Accordance With The Principles Of Nutritional Hygiene Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety. Recreation Staff With Qualifications Specified In The Act On The Education System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2230, As Amended) Confirmed By Appropriate Documents, Which Will Be: A) Recreation Manager - Performing His Duties Exclusively For The Winter Camp Organized For Students Of The Postomino Commune, B) Recreation Educators (Minimum 3 Educators, I.E. 2 Groups Of Up To 15 People And 1 Group Of 20 People), C) Other People Conducting Activities During Recreation, Depending On The Recreation Program And Activities Performed - Lifeguards, Sports And Recreation Coaches And Instructors, Guides, Etc.3.5.5. Implementation Of A Program Promoting Sports And Recreational Activity And Integration Among Children And Youth, Including: 1) Ski Training. Ski Training Is To Be Conducted For At Least 5 Days, For At Least 4 Hours A Day, Under The Supervision Of Qualified Ski Instructors, Enough To Train The Entire Group Of Students Participating In The Holiday.
