This involves the following works: Isolate work areas and operate under SSSP Supply and install new Roof Logic system as per consented drawings Removal of the cladding on dance studio and replacement with new cladding system (as detailed) Remove and replace metal roofing and underlay as per consented drawings Replace associated flashings, spouting and downpipes Appropriate use of all associated edge protection, scaffolding and H&S requirements Coordinate council inspections and consent documentation and obtain and Code Compliance Certificate Timeframes are targeted for: Start date: March 2024 Due Date for Completion: July 2024 The program is negotiable with a preferred supplier if their price is right. The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion. IMPORTANT The school will need to continue to operate at least parts of the block while construction is ongoing.
