It is situated in St Leonards, approximately15 minutes drive from central Dunedin on the west side of Otago Harbour. St Leonards wish to complete the following work as approved as part of their 5YA: The work is to be completed in one phase to minimise disruption to the school. Replace the roof to Block 1 as well as installing ceiling insulation, new fascias and down pipes in existing location. Including flat porch areas and relocate heat pumps exterior units from the roof. Open between teaching spaces 1 and 2 in Block one. Due to the wall opening needing a Building Consent the following infrastructure work is required to meet Building Code and Ministry standards.
