Transport Must Take Place As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport In Accordance With The Road Transport Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2201, As Amended). The Estimated Number Of Students Transported From Individual Towns In 2024 Is 183 And Is Valid As Of The Date Of The Public Procurement Announcement And May Change During The School Year. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Point 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum /Guaranteed/ Number Of Tickets Purchased Per Month Is: 20. We Would Like To Inform You That The Given Number Of 183 Students Does Not Include Children Who Are Not Subject To Compulsory School Attendance.4.1.4. The Contractor Will Provide Care For Transported Students Through The Constant Presence Of Guardians On Individual Routes During Transport.4.1.5. The Number Of Vehicles On A Given Section Should Be Adjusted To The Number Of Students And Guardians Transported In Terms Of The Number Of Seats And Transport Time.4.1.6. The Planned Start Time Of Teaching Classes In Each School (I.E. Around 8:00) Will Be Agreed In Detail By The Contractor With Each Director Of The Educational Institution To Which The Order Applies.4.1.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Planned Detailed Timetables (Individual Routes And Travel Times) To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. After Reviewing The Draft Timetable For A Given School Year, The Ordering Party Will Accept It And The Contractor Will Undertake To Comply With The Established Timetables And Routes.4.1.8. The Vehicles Used By The Contractor To Carry Out The Task Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2016 , Item 2022, As Amended), Guaranteeing Appropriate Quality, With Specific Technical And Quality Parameters. The Service Cannot Be Performed With Vehicles Manufactured Before January 1, 2003.4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
