Including: A) Obtaining An Apartment, Negotiating And Paying Fees, B) Organizing Minor Renovations, Adaptations, Repairs, Eliminating Architectural Barriers, C) Shaping Proper Relationships Of The Person Receiving Help With Neighbors And The Host Of The House; 5) Providing Children And Young People With Disorders Mental Health Access To Rehabilitation And Revalidation-Educational Classes, In Exceptional Cases, If They Are Unable To Obtain Access To The Classes Referred To In Art. 7 Of The Act Of 19 August 1994 On Mental Health Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2123).3. Subject Of The Order And Its Location: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence, Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2005 No. 189, Item 1598, As Amended), For People Supported By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ryczywole. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Include Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Neurologist Or Psychiatrist, A Specialist In Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy, Etc. The Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Person Who Has Been Granted Assistance In The Form Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders. Specialized Services Must Be Provided By Persons Qualified To Practice The Profession Of: Social Worker, Psychologist, Educator, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Assistant To A Disabled Person, Community Caregiver, Specialist In Medical Rehabilitation, Physiotherapist Or Another Profession Providing Knowledge And Skills Enabling Provide Certain Specialized Services.
