The List Of Units Supervised By The Department Of Education Is Indicated In Item From 20 To 80 Of Annex No. 2 To The Organizational Regulations Of The Municipal Office In Elbl g - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Giving Opinions In Formal, Legal And Editorial Terms On Draft Resolutions, Orders, Decisions, Provisions, Agreements, Powers Of Attorney , Authorizations, Letters, Regulations And Other Legal Acts Prepared By Employees Of The Department Of Education,2) Giving Opinions On Draft Contracts Regarding The Activities Of The Municipality Of Elbl g Within The Scope Of The Department Of Education,3) Computer Preparation Of Legal Opinions Containing An Analysis Of The Legal Status And A Conclusion Containing, In The Opinion Of The Person Giving The Opinion, The Correct Solution For The Employees Department Of Education And Heads Of Units Subordinated To The Department Of Education, 4) Informing/Reporting To The Director Of The Department Of Education On Changes In Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In The Field Of Activities Of Nurseries And Education, 5) Conducting, In Cooperation With The Ordering Party, Training On The Amendment And Application Of The Law For Employees Of The Department Of Education And Managers Of Units That Report To The Department Of Education,6) Participation In The Work Of Teams, Committees, Conferences And Meetings Organized By The Director Of The Department Of Education,7) Providing Advice And Consultations To Employees Of The Department Of Education And Managers Of Units That Report To The Department Of Education,8 ) Representing The Ordering Party In Court Proceedings And Before Other Bodies In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Department Of Education And Preparing Letters In The Conducted Cases,9) Representing The Heads Of Units That Are Subordinate To The Department Of Education In Court Proceedings And Before Other Bodies In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Tasks Of These Units And Preparing Letters In Conducted Cases,10) Keeping A Register Of Court Cases And Legal Opinions Conducted In The Department Of Education And Conducted For The Heads Of Subordinate Units.
