Locations Of The Headquarters And Branches Of The Office Covered By The Subject Of The Order: 1) Statistical Office In Bydgoszcz, Ul. Fr. Stanisława Konarskiego 1-3, 85-066 Bydgoszcz;2) Statistical Office In Bydgoszcz, Branch In Toruń, Ul. Adama Mickiewicza 10-16, 87-100 Toruń;3) Statistical Office In Bydgoszcz Branch In Włocławek, Ul. Piekarska 16A, 87-800 Włocławek.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For A Situation In Which Some Of The Shipments Will Be Sent By Another Entity To And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, As A Result Of Which An Entity Other Than The Ordering Party Will Be Listed On The Proof Of Shipment. Parcels Must Be Delivered In The Ordering Partys Original Envelopes And Sent Only On The Basis Of Documents And Forms Confirming Shipment, Delivery And Receipt Completed By The Ordering Party. All Dimensions Are Taken With A Tolerance Of +/- 2 Mm.3) Postal Parcels Weighing Up To 10,000 G (Size A): A) Registered Priority - Registered Parcels Of The Fastest Category, Hereinafter Referred To As Registered Priority; B) Registered With Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt - Registered (Registered) Ordinary And Priority Parcels, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Protects Them Against Loss, Loss Of Content Or Damage, Accepted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivered With Acknowledgment Of Receipt, Hereinafter Referred To As Registered Economic Zpo And Registered Mail, Respectively Priority Zpo.4) Dimensions Of Postal Parcels: A) Size A - None Of The Dimensions May Exceed: Length 600 Mm, Width 500 Mm, Height 300 Mm. All Dimensions Are Assumed With A Tolerance Of +/- 2 Mm.6. The Ordering Party Will Pay Fees For Postal Services: 1) In 2 Locations (Bydgoszcz, Toruń) Using Franking Machines Or In Exceptional Situations In The Form Of A Fee In Arrears 2) In 1 Location (Włocławek) In The Form Of A Fee In Arrears. The In Arrears Form Means The Fee Paid By The Ordering Party In Full Later Than The Date Of Sending The Parcels.7. Postal Fees Will Be Paid Using The Following Franking Machines: 1) T1000/1-Optimail At The Offices Headquarters; 2) T1000/1-Optimail At The Branch In Toruń.8. The Ordering Party Informs That The Franking Machines Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. Detailed Conditions For The Use Of The Franking Machine And The Method Of Making Settlements For The Contractor Will Be Specified In The Contract For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 6 To The Signed Contract.9. The Ordering Party Will Deliver The Shipments On Its Own, To Facilities Designated By The Contractor, The List Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Signed Contract.
