4-Year Framework Agreement-Maintenance, Service, Supervision And Interventions Of Air Conditioning Installations (Thermal Plants, Air Conditioners And Fan Convectors - Vcr) Within The Srcf Iasi Range. The Object Of This Contract Is The Purchase Of Services To Ensure The Following Activities: Service Of Thermal Power Plants (115 Locations) And Radiant Tube Service (2 Locations), Power Supply System Repairs, Checking Of Gas Installations (37 Locations), Checking Of Valves (96 Pcs.) And Of Air Curtains (4 Locations), Iscir Authorization Of 83 Boilers, Check Of Chimneys (19 Locations), Check Of 16 Expansion Vessels, Supervision Of Heating Plants (12 Locations), Service And Repair Of Air Conditioning Devices (218 Devices In 70 Locations) And Service And Repairs Of Fan Coil Units And Chillers (Headquarters Of Srcf Iasi And Vaslui Cf Station). The Operation Of The Machines And The Related Installations Will Be Done According To The Instructions In The Technical Books Of The Thermal Power Plants On Liquid, Solid And Natural Gas And The I.S.C.I.R. Prescriptions. The Aforementioned Services Will Only Be Performed By Qualified Personnel From Specialized And Authorized Iscir Companies, Or Equivalent For This Purpose. Notes: When Preparing The Offer, The Prices Calculated For Utilities (Water, Electricity) Will Be Zero, As They Are Provided By The Beneficiary. Note: Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 14 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers (The Contracting Entity Responds To Clarifications Within One Day). The Contracting Entity Will Only Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed By Economic Operators Up To The Established Deadline.
