The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (2) Of Law 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Clearly On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers/Candidates. The Deadline For Responding To The Clarifications Was Established So That The Economic Operators Have An Adequate Period To Analyze The Award Documentation And Subsequently, To Prepare The Offers Through The Prism Of The Answers Provided By The Contracting Authority.
