Updating The General Urban Plan (Pug) And The Local Urban Planning Regulation (Rlu) Of The Municipality Of Caracal, In Digital/Gis Format. The Contracting Authority Organizes An Awarding Procedure, Following The Completion Of Which It Intends To Award A Service Contract, With The Object Of Providing The Necessary Services For The Update Of The General Urban Plan (Pug) And The Local Urban Planning Regulation (Rlu) Of The Municipality Of Caracal, In Digital/Gis Format, In Order To Improve Decisions Related To Sustainable Spatial Management, Carried Out In The Interest Of The Local Community, In Accordance With The Values And Aspirations Of Society And The Requirements Of Integration In The European Space, To Ensure, Both For Individuals And The Community, The Right To Fair Use And Responsibility For An Efficient Use Of The Territory. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is Until 18 A Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (2) Of Law 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Establishes That It Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
