The Subject Of The Order Is The Sanitary Transport Service Of Patients With The Basic Team Type P With Type C Ambulances. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Estimated Quantities And The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Are Specified In The Annexes (Annex No. 1 B - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 6 - Draft Contract, Annex No. 1 A - Offer Form). As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use And Comply With The Legal Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, Have Appropriate Rights And Bears Full Responsibility In The Event Of Their Violation. The Transport Service Includes Sanitary Transport Of Patients With The Basic P Unit From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Place Specified In The Transport Order. Emergency Ambulance Arrival Time - Within 30 Minutes Of Receiving The Call By The Contractors Dispatcher Or On An Agreed Date. The Ordering Party Estimates Monthly Approximately 120 Transports For A Total Distance Of Approximately 2,300 Km. The Core Team Consists Of Of Two Paramedics. In The Event That None Of The Rescuers Have Qualifications To Drive Emergency Vehicles, The Third Person In The Team May Be The Driver, Who Is A Person Without Medical Education. At The Written Request Of The Ordering Party, During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Documents Available For Inspection Confirming The Qualifications Of The Above-Mentioned Team. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors Employees They Had Uniform Work Uniforms With The Company Name And Name Badges, Name And Function.
