The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Service For Monitoring The Use Of Elevators, Which Includes - Monitoring Devices Installed In Elevators That Collect Information About The Operation Of The Elevator - A Control Portal Through Which Information About The Elevators Can Be Seen By The Customer - Support Services Related To The Maintenance Of Elevators For The Customer Applies To Equipment And Service The Detailed Requirements Are Presented In Annex 1 Of The Agreement. The Customers Intention Implements Elevator Usage Monitoring In All Its Locations. There Are Currently No Elevators A Total Of 280 Pieces. The Order Quantity Of Elevator Monitoring Devices May Be Smaller Or Greater Than 280 Pieces. The Expected Value Of The Acquisition For 48 Months Is 340,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The Customers Goal Is For The Contract To Enter Into Force On February 1, 2024. The Contract Is Valid For 36 Months. If The Subscriber Wishes, He Can Extend The Contract Period To 12 In A Month, After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely (Option). The Subscriber Decides Separately Whether To Use The Option Or Not.
