Tenders are invited for Transit-Oriented Development and Property Development for the Gurugram Metro Corridor Scope of WorkThe overall objective of this consultancy is to guide transit-oriented; socially inclusive; climate-smart; market responsive and compact urban development along the Gurugram Metro corridor. This will be achieved by: (i) developing climate-informed TOD strategy and capital investment plan for infrastructure improvements along the corridors; (ii) Develop property development proposals for selected Property Development Sites (PDS). Area DelineationThe study area shall at least include-1. Corridor Planning Area (CPA): The proposed TOD zones as per Haryanas TOD Policy around the existing and proposed metro corridors. The study area may have to be extended for analysis of connected systems extending beyond the TOD Zones of the policy; like environment; infrastructure; transportation etc.2. Property Development Sites (PDS): The detailed planning for TOD based property development would have to be conducted for the 8 land parcels identified as part of this study and finalized in consultation with the stakeholders. Task 1: Conduct a situation and market analysis for CPA. Task 2: Prepare a climate-informed TOD strategy and capital investment plan for infrastructure improvements along the Gurugram Metro corridor. Task 3: Develop station area programming for all stations in the CPA.Task 4: Prepare property development proposals for selected Property Development Sites (PDS).
