TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: #MOBILIZE TECHNICAL TEAM WITH TOOLS & EQUIPMENT TO DEWA SITE. #PROTECT THE PREMISES FROM THE BLASTING GRIT BY ENCLOSING THE WORK AREA. #ENCAPSULATE THE NON-COATING A REA TO PROTECT FROM THE BLASTING GRIT. #BLASTING SHALL BE DONE ON SITE TO ACHIEVE SA 2 SURFACE PROFILE. #STEAM WASH WILL BE DONE TO ELIMINATE THE ENTRAPPED SALT CONTAMINATIONS FROM THE #PARENT METALS. #REBLAST / SWEEP BLAST TO REMOVE THE OXIDATION LAYER. #F OLLOWED BY CHEMICAL CLEANING TO MAKE THE SURFACE NEAT AND CLEAN FROM ALL THE #IMPURITIES. #APPLY ONE BRUSH COAT OF GLASS FLAKE EPO XY ONLY THE SHARP EDGES AND THE CORNERS. #START THE GLASS FLAKE EPOXY COATING AS A PRIME COAT @ 100MICRONS #APPLY THE SECOND COAT SOON AFTER THE FIRST COAT IS TACK FREE WITH A COATING THICKNESS OF @ #200 MICRONS. #FOLLOWED BY FINAL THIN LAYER COAT AS TOP COAT WITH @ 100 MICRONS #MEASURE THE TOTAL AVERAGE COATING THICKNESS SHOULD BE OF AROUND 300 # 350 MICRONS IN #3 COAT SYSTEM. #SPARK T EST TO BE CARRIED OUT TO FIND OUT OR MAKE SURE NO PIN HOLES ARE LEFT.
