Tenders are invited for Civil Engineering Services Dundee Housing Development, Trelawny The Nht Requires the Services of a Registered Professional Civil Engineering Firm to Provide Pre-Contract Consultancy Services to Facilitate the Development of Approximately 500 Housing Solutions on 51.78 Hectares (128 Acres) of Land at the Dundee Housing Development in Falmouth, Trelawny. The Successful Consultant will be Required To: Carry out on-Site and off-Site Reconnaissance and Checks before Starting Designing Activities for the Development Investigate, Plan and Design the Civil and Structural Infrastructure for the Development Prepare All Related Design Drawings and Specifications Obtain All the Related Design Approvals from the Relevant Agencies and Authorities Prepare the Tender and Contract Documents to Facili- Tate the Procurement of the Contractor for the Works.
