Stavanger Municipality Will Upgrade The Arneageren Urban Space. The Urban Space Is Located Within Stavangers Medieval City And Is One Of Stavangers Most Intimate, Attractive And Visited Urban Spaces. The City Room Was Completed Together With The Citys Cultural Center S lvberget In 1985. The Citys Cultural Center, Cinema, Shops And Cafes Have Entrances/Escape Routes From The Square. During The Summer Months, Several Actors Have Outdoor Seating. On The Square, The Cobblestone Deck Will Be Replaced With New Stone And Root-Friendly Construction, Stormwater Management Will Be Upgraded With Sand Catch Basins, Gutters And Drainage Lines, The Stage Will Be Rebuilt, The Current Fountain Restored, Yard Trees Preserved, New Wooden Circular Bench, Electrical Cabinet And Lighting Be Upgraded. Due To The Location In The Center Of Stavanger, Work Outside Normal Working Hours Must Be Expected. Work Is Expected To Start During January 2024 With Completion In November 2024. A Stoppage In The Project Is Planned During The Summer Months Of May To August 2024 When The Plant Is Rigged Down.
