The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Process, Lay Out And Equipment Design And Expert Service Of The Kiinteistö Oy Ab Pakkalantie 30 Central Kitchen With Food Terminal Functions Project, Which Is Ordered From One Company. Process, Lay Out And Equipment Planning Requires Experience In Process, Lay Out And Equipment Planning, As Well As Expert Experience In The Entirety Of A Central Kitchen Or Food Production Facility. Kiinteistö Oy Ab Pakkalantie 30 Acts As The Procurement Entity And Developer In The Project, On Behalf Of And Commissioned By The City Of Helsinkis Service Center Business Department (Palvelukeskus Helsinki) Is Conducting The Procurement Tender. A Building With Food Terminal Functions, A Total Of About 5,300 M2, Of Which The Production Area Is About 2,450 Hym², The Logistics Area Is About 1,700 Hym², The Apartment Area Is About 350 Hym² And The Technical Facilities Are About 800 Brm². The Area Of The Plot Is Approximately 33,000 M². The Yard Area Includes The Maintenance Yard And Car Parking With Access Routes, As Well As The Areas Required By The Reception And Dispatch Office. The Planning Takes Into Account The Room For Expansion Of The Building And Its Design. Production Facility Operations Must Not Be Interrupted Or Substantially Disrupted Due To The Project. The Operator Of The Central Kitchen Is Oy Työmaahuolto Ab. The Project Will Be Implemented In Cooperation With Kiinteistö Oy Ab Pakkalantie 30 And Oy Työmaahuolto Ab, Which Will Start The Project. The Preliminary And Reference Plan Of The Project Is Presented In The Attachments. The Content And Scope Of The Project Will Be Refined During The Project. The Object To Be Acquired Now Is The Procurement Of Process, Lay Out And Equipment Design And Expert Services. The Security Systems And Other Solutions For The Building And Plot Are Designed In Accordance With The Current Specifications And In Close Cooperation With The Developers Security And Risk Management. Appropriately, The Systems, Solutions Or Methods Of Implementation Are Not Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders. The Process, Lay-Out And Equipment Designer Must Coordinate Their Plans With The Developers Security Plans. Targeted Completion Of The Project In May 2026 And Commissioning And Start Of Operations In June 2027. The Goal Of The Project Is To Create A Modern, Efficient And Cost-Effective Central Kitchen That Is Flexible And Meets Readiness And Contingency Requirements With Food Terminal Operations .The Work Complies With The Jyse 2022 Services Contract Terms (With The Exceptions Stated In The Request For Tender And The Draft Contract). A Process System / Equipment Supplier Is Not Accepted As A Provider Of The Procurement Object. The Planning Documents Are Made In Finnish.
