The Object Of The Project Is The Structural Consolidation And Sealing Of The Upper Level Of The Ship And The Set Of Ten Floors And The Urbanization Of The Access Area To This Ship. The Location Of The Performance Corresponds To Carrer De Cellers, No. 69 I By Jacint Verdaguer, No. 51 De Sabadell. The Long-Term Actions Involve The Comprehensive Rehabilitation Of The Building In Terms Of: 1_Improvement Of The Thermal Envelope Of The Building: The Necessary Preliminary Work And Demolitions Will Be Carried Out For The Rehabilitation. The Facades Of The Complex Will Be Repaired And Consolidated, Restoring Lost Volumes And Weathered Bricks. The Structural Consolidation Will Be Based On The Dismantling Of The Sections Of The Facade Affected By The Extraction Of Bricks, The Sewing Of The Gaps By Means Of Dacer Stainless Staples, And The Replacement With Lime Mortar Of The Manual Bricks With The Same Characteristics As The Existing Ones. The Roofs Of The Gabled Ships Are Made Up Of A Light Roof With An Arabic Tile Finish. This Will Be Made Up Of Recovery Arabic Tile Lacquer Mounted On Double Wooden Slats.
