Description Of The Subject Of The Procedure And Order: The Subject Of The Order Is Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction And Renovation Of The Access To The Castle In Muszyna. 1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1.1 The Planned Project Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan Approved By Resolution No. Muszyna Commune, Resolution No. Liv.629.2018 Of The Muszyna City And Spa Commune Council Of September 27, 2018, Resolution No. Xxxiv.405.2021 Of The Muszyna City And Spa Commune Council Of May 27, 2021, Resolution No. Xxxiv.470.2021 Of The Muszyna City And Spa Commune Council Kowa Muszyna Of November 25, 2021 And Resolution No. Xxxix.472.2021 Of The City Council And The Spa Commune Of Muszyna Of November 25, 2021. The Investment Area Is Located In The Natura 2000 Area Ostoja Popradzka Pl.Pzgik.283.Bdot10k. The Area Is Covered By The B-M Spa Zones And Is Located In The Buffer Zone Of The Historic City Center And G ra Zamkowa. The Area Intended For The Investment Is Plot No. 1142/1, 140/1, 140/5, 143/2, 1145/4, 145/11 Rev. Records: Muszyna. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A Land Development Design, Technical Designs Of Necessary Industries, Together With The Arrangements Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On Technical Conditions Which Buildings And Their Location Should Meet, And Obtaining An Administrative Decision Authorizing The Commencement Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Designer Obtains The Necessary Materials For The Design On His Own. 1.2 Guidelines: - Development Of A Development Design For Plots No. 1142/1, 140/1, 140/5, 143/2, 1145/4 Regarding The Possibility Of Arranging Access To The Paths Leading Towards The Castle Hill ,- Renovation Of The Existing Path Leading To The Castle1.3 Assumptions:1) The Detailed Scope Of The Design And Cost Estimate Includes:A) Preparation And Obtaining All Necessary Formal And Legal Documents As Well As Relevant Opinions And Arrangements Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of July 20, 2017 Law Water (If Necessary), B) Obtaining Consent To Cut Down Trees Interfering With The Investment (If Necessary), C) Preparing And Obtaining All Necessary Formal And Legal Documents As Well As Relevant Opinions And Arrangements Related To The Conduct Of The Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure, And Obtaining, If Necessary, A Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project, In Accordance With The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments, D) Preparation Of Construction Designs For All Necessary Industries Together With With The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit, Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of April 25, 2012 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project. Construction Designs Should Be Prepared In 6 Copies In Written Form And 1 Copy In Electronic Form (Format: Dwg, Pdf, Files With A Maximum Size Of 10 Mb); E) Preparation Of Executive Designs, Supplementing And Detailing Construction Designs In Terms Of Scope And Degree Of Accuracy Necessary To Prepare A Bill Of Quantities, An Investors Cost Estimate, Preparation Of An Offer By The Contractor And Implementation Of Construction Works. These Designs Must Allow For The Implementation Of All Construction And Installation Works Without Additional Studies. These Designs Must Take Into Account The Requirements Specified In 5 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In The Amount Of 6 Copies In Writing And 1 A Copy In Electronic Form (Format: Dwg, Pdf, Files With A Maximum Size Of Up To 10 Mb); F) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Should Be Understood As Studies Containing, In Particular, Sets Of Requirements Necessary To Determine The Standard And Quality Of Work Execution , In Terms Of The Method Of Performing Construction Works, The Properties Of Construction Products And The Assessment Of The Correctness Of Execution Of Individual Works. The Specifications Must Take Into Account The Requirements Specified In 13 And 14 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In The Amount Of 3 Copies In Writing And 1 Copy In Electronic Form (Format: Pdf, Files With A Maximum Volume Of Up To 10 Mb); G) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Which Should Be Understood As Studies Containing A List Of The Works Planned To Be Performed In The Technological Sequence Of Their Execution, Together With Their Detailed Description, Place Of Execution Or An Indication Of The Basis For Establishing A Detailed Description, With The Calculation And Summary Of The Number Of Units Of Measurement Of Basic Works And An Indication Of The Basis For Determining Unit Prices Of Works Or Unit Material Expenditure. The Bills Of Quantities Must Take Into Account The Requirements Specified In 6 To 10 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In Three Copies In Writing. And 1 Copy In Electronic Form (Editable Format, E.G. Norma, Zuzia Or Xml, Files With A Maximum Size Of 10 Mb);H) Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of May 18, 2004 On Determining The Methods And The Basics Of Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program - In 3 Copies In Written Form And 1 Copy In Electronic Form (Format: Pdf, Files With A Maximum Size Of 10 Mb); I) Preparation Of Information On Safety And Health Protection (Bioz) - 2 Copies In Written Form And 1 Copy In Electronic Form (Format: Pdf, Files With Max. Volume Up To 10 Mb);J) Preparing And Obtaining All Necessary Formal And Legal Documents As Well As Relevant Opinions, Waivers And Arrangements Enabling The Preparation And Submission Of A Complete Application To The Appropriate Architectural And Construction Administration Authority In Order To Conduct Proceedings Preceding The Commencement Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Regulations Construction Law.2) Design Phases: Design Phases Are Determined By The Requirements Of The Construction Law And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Development Of The Construction Design Will Take Place In Four Phases: - Phase I - Includes The Preparation Of A Land Development Concept And Obtaining Approval From The Ordering Party. If The Ordering Party Does Not Accept It, The Contractor Will Receive Written Information About The Need To Present Additional Architectural Solutions. The Conceptual Design Should Be Agreed Within 20 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. - Phase Ii - Includes The Preparation Of A Land Development Design Based On The Approved Concept From Phase I, In 6 Copies. Projects Must Be Made In Accordance With Art. 34 Of The Construction Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project. During This Phase, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Application On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To Obtain A Building Permit. If Any Works Are Not Subject To The Obligation To Obtain A Permit To Carry Them Out, The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Submits Appropriate Notifications Of The Intention To Start Work. As Part Of The Works Specified In This Phase, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Submitted Application For A Building Permit, As Well As Other Applications To The Relevant Administrative Authorities With Notifications Of Planned Works. All Submitted Applications And Notifications Must Have The Offices Stamp Confirming Acceptance Of The Application. The Scope Of Design Works Of Phase Ii Includes The Preparation Of Detailed Designs For Other Necessary Industries. - Phase Iii - Includes Submitting To The Ordering Party Complete Technical Documentation In 6 Copies Along With The Decision - Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Start Construction Works. Note: All Documentation Must Be Provided To The Ordering Party In 2 Sets, In Electronic Form, Saved On Cds In Files With The Extension *.Dwg, *.Doc, *.Xls, *.Jpg, As Well As In *.Pdf Format. Drawing Files Must Be Able To Be Run In Zwcad 2018 Polski.
