The Quantities Of The Ordered Articles Will Be Provided To The Contractor Each Time In The Form Of A Written Order Via E-Mail.5. Alcoholic Beverages Should Be Delivered In Original, Intact Packaging, Marked In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of December 23, 2014 On The Labeling Of Individual Types Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 29, As Amended). .)6 Packaging Of Alcoholic Beverages Should Contain Such Information As: Name Of The Product, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer Or Entrepreneur Packaging The Alcohol, List And Quantity Of Ingredients Or Categories Of Ingredients.7 The Contractor Is Liable For Quality Defects Of The Delivered Products (Hidden, Not Hidden) And For Damage Arising As A Result Of Their Transport And Is Obliged To Immediately Replace The Defective Goods On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Within 2 Business Days Of Notification By E-Mail. Receipt Of The Delivered Goods By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Defects Or Improper Performance Of The Delivery. 8. The Quantities Of Articles Specified In Annex No. 1/1 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form Are Estimated Quantities That The Ordering Party Intends To Realize During The Term Of The Contract And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Number Of Articles Indicated In The Form. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Scope Of The Order At A Level Not Less Than 50% Of The Total Value Of The Order.
