The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The Needs Of The District Office In Puck, In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items, Unaddressed Forms And Parcels And Their Possible Returns - Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 Law Postal (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640, As Amended) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Its Implementation And Obligations Of The Contractor Include: 1) Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3) As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Perform The Basic Order, Consisting In The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items, Unaddressed Forms And Parcels And Their Possible Returns, Hereinafter Referred To As The Basic Order. B) Execution Of The Order Covered By The Option (Referred To In Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law). The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Submit A Declaration On The Use Of The Option Or Part Of It During The Term Of The Agreement For The Implementation Of The Basic Order. The Ordering Party May Not Use The Option Or Use The Option To An Incomplete Extent, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Option Is Equal To The Deadline For The Execution Of The Basic Order. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Starting The Execution Of The Option Provided That Sufficient Funds Are Secured In The Ordering Partys Budget For The Execution Of The Option.
