The Subject Of The Order Is The Catching, Admission To An Animal Shelter And Keeping Of Homeless Dogs Caught From The Go dap Commune (Estimated Number Of Dogs Caught Approx. 50-60 Pieces Per Year) By Performing The Following Activities:1. Catching, Catching And Transporting Homeless Dogs To A Shelter Using Equipment Adapted For These Purposes, Enabling The Above-Mentioned Activities To Be Performed Safely And Humanely, As Well As Being Least Burdensome For The Animals;2. Providing Homeless Dogs Caught From The Go dap Commune With Care In A Shelter, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Appropriate Veterinary Care In Necessary Cases, Consisting In Particular In Providing The Animals With: - Rooms Or Boxes So That They Can Move Freely, Protecting Them From The Cold, Heat And Precipitation, - Proper Treatment And Food, - Separate Rooms For Aggressive Dogs, Newly Arrived Dogs (Quarantine Place) And Sick Dogs;3. Providing Veterinary Services Such As: Vaccinations, Deworming, Tick Removal, Sterilization, Castration, Treatment Of Sick Animals, Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, Euthanasia Of Animals With No Prospect Of Further Survival After Obtaining The Opinion Of A Veterinarian;4. Taking Actions To Find The Owner And Return Dogs Placed In The Shelter To The Owners, After They Have Documented Their Rights To The Animal;5. Marking The Dog With A Microchip After 14 Days From The Moment The Dog Is Admitted To The Shelter;6. Keeping Records Of Admitted And Released Animals (Photographic Documentation, Date, Place Of Catching And Receiving, Information On Whose Behalf The Animal Was Caught, Veterinary Procedures Performed, Microchip Number, Date Of Adoption Or Euthanasia, Adoption Contract, Etc.);7. Taking Actions Aimed At Finding New Owners Who Will Be Able To Provide The Animal With The Best Possible Living Conditions. The Contractor Should, In A Generally Accepted Manner (Media Announcements, Website, Social Networking Sites, Etc.), Inform Residents About The Shelter And Encourage Them To Adopt Dogs. General Requirements For The Provision Of The Service: 1. Reports Of Catching Stray Animals Will Be Made Only By Employees Of The Public Utilities Department Of The Go dap Municipal Office, Which The Contractor Will Receive 5 Days A Week, Within 2 Hours Of Reporting On Business Days. In Case Of Emergency, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Catch The Animal On Non-Working Days Within 5 Hours Of The Telephone Notification.2. When Catching Animals, Means Will Be Used That Do Not Pose A Threat To Their Life And Health.3. As Of January 1, 2024, The Contractor Is Taking Over Approximately 75 Dogs Belonging To The Go dap Commune And Remaining In The Shelter Of The Current Service Provider As Of December 31, 2023, In Order To Maintain The Continuity Of The Service. The Remuneration Will Be Calculated Based On The Formula Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Related To The Disposal Of Animals That Died Or Were Euthanized For Medical Reasons In Connection With The Implementation Of This Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, Together With The Vat Invoice, A Monthly List Showing The Number Of Dogs Caught, Adopted, Released Or Returned To The Owner, Euthanized, Died Of Natural Causes, Etc.6. The Contractor Is Entitled To Monthly Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Product Of Unit Rates And The Number Of Services Actually Performed, Included In The Monthly Service Register.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Conditions Of Performance Of The Contract, Including Inspection Of All Documentation Of Dogs Caught And Staying In The Shelter And The Conditions Of Their Detention In The Shelter. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Compliance With The Applicable Provisions In This Regard, In Particular: 1. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Permit To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Protection Against Stray Animals In The Go dap Commune, Referred To In The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes.2. If The Transport Of Animals Will Take Place Over A Distance Of 65 Km, Counted From The Place Of Departure To The Place Of Destination, In Such A Situation, Before Starting Its Implementation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain And Present To The Ordering Party A Permit For The Carrier And A Certificate Of Approval Of The Means Of Road Transport Used For Long-Distance Transport Of Animals, As Referred To In The Provisions Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 1/2005 Of 22 December 2004 On The Protection Of Animals During Transport And Related Activities And Amending Directives 64/432/Eec And 93/119/ Ec And Regulation (Ec) No 1255/97
