Kozielska 71 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Price Form Along With Quality Requirements For Food Products (Quality Requirements For Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order). The Contractor Delivers First-Class Quality Products, Fresh, Meeting The Quality Standards Appropriate For A Given Type. Products That Are Valid In Poland, With Current Expiration Dates And Products That Meet The Quality Requirements Indicated In Annex 4. Packaging Of Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Marked With Information On Nutritional Value And Allergenic Ingredients And A Visible Expiration Date. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Food Products To The Above-Mentioned Branches With Their Own Transport At Their Own Expense And Risk, While Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For The Transport Of Food In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Others Currently Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order.
