The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic Traffic For The Needs Of The Stare Babice Commune, Consisting In Accepting Parcels At A Permanent Collection Point In The Stare Babice Commune And Moving And Delivering Letter Items And Parcels Throughout The Country, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2. The Permanent Parcel Collection Point Must Be Open During The Ordering Partys Working Hours.3. The Ordering Party Entrusts, And The Contractor Undertakes To Provide, Postal Services Consisting In The Collection, Transportation And Delivery In Domestic Traffic Of - Unregistered Letter Items (Including Priority And Economy Items), Registered Items, I.E. Registered Items (Including Priority And Economy Items), Complementary Services , Parcels And The Return To The Ordering Party Of Letter Items Not Delivered For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As Shipments. A Detailed Description Of The Shipments Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Offer - Price Form.
