Task Co-Financed By Pfron.2. The Subject Of The Works Is Located On Plot No. 288 In Kaliska, Kaliska District, Kaliska Commune. The Works Will Take Place In The Building Of The Public School Complex In Kaliska, Ul. Długa 53, 83-260 Kaliska.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In: 1) Architectural And Construction Design For The Project Adaptation Of Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms In The Building Of The Public Primary School In Kaliska To The Needs Of Disabled People; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 3) Bills Of Quantities And Measurements; 4 ) Of These Terms And Conditions Of The Order. Note. The Bill Of Quantities Only Serves To Assist In The Calculation Of The Offer Price By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Attach To The Offer A Bid Cost Estimate For The Task Being Performed, Containing Items Such As, Among Others: Valuation Basis, Description, Unit Of Measurement, Expenditure/Quantity, Price, Mark-Ups. In Addition, The Offer Cost Estimate Must Include A Summary After Each Section. 7. The Contractor Who Obtains An Order As A Result Of The Tender Procedure Is Obliged, On The Day Of Signing The Contract, To Submit In Paper And Electronic Form (Recorded On A Cd In Pdf Format) Detailed Cost Estimates Based On Which He Submitted The Offer And The Financial And Material Schedule For The Implementation Of The Works. Division Into Rooms.8. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Warranty Service. The Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months, Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works And The Signed (Without Comments) Final Acceptance Protocol Of Construction Works. The Offered Guarantee Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Chapter Xix Of The Tor. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Against Access By Third Parties, Especially During Classes In The School Building.11. The Management And Supervision Of Works May Be Performed By Persons Who Have The Authorizations Required By Law.12. Coordinate Construction Works With Electrical, Sanitary, Technological And Finishing Works.13. After Completing The Works, The Contractors Obligations Include Tidying Up The Work Area And Bringing The Facility To A Condition Suitable For Operation. 14. During The Duration Of The Works, The Contractor Will: 1) Keep The Work Area In Good Order, 2) Dispose Of Waste Properly - The Contractor Is Considered To Be The Producer Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of Construction Works. Removal Of Waste, Its Use Or Disposal Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves That It Will Not Incur Any Costs For Waste Disposal, Including Fees For Economic Use Of The Environment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Waste Transfer Cards To The As-Built Documentation. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Take Over For Storage Some Elements Subject To Disassembly. These Elements Will Be Indicated At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order,3) Informed The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Works.15. The Materials Used Must Be New And Free From Any Material, Construction Or Workmanship Defects. 16. Material, Assembly And Equipment Guidelines Required By The Ordering Party Are Included In The Documentation Referred To In Section 3 Of This Chapter. 17. The Contractor Will Select All Visible Elements, Including: Equipment, Ceramics And Tiles In Consultation With The Investor And The Supervision Inspector.18. The Ordering Party Requires That, Before Submitting An Offer, Each Of The Contractors Applying For This Contract Must Undergo A Site Visit In Order To Assess, On Their Own Responsibility, Cost And Risk, All Factors Necessary To Prepare A Reliable Offer, Including All Necessary Preparatory, Essential And Accompanying Works To Conduct Construction And Installation Works. This Document Will Be The Basis For Assessing The Fulfillment Of This Criterion By Contractors At The Offer Evaluation Stage. 19. Contractors Are Solely Responsible For Examining The Tender Specifications With Due Diligence And For Familiarizing Themselves With Any Possible Modifications To Its Provisions Issued During The Contract Award Procedure And For Obtaining Information That Will Be Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer And Proper Performance Of The Works. It Is Deemed That Submitting An Offer Means That The Contractors Are Familiar With All Relevant Acts And Other Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Which May In Any Way Affect Or Concern The Activities And Activities Covered By The Offer And The Resulting Agreement.
