The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For The Needs Of The Kaliska Commune And Organizational Units Of The Kaliska Commune.2. Data Regarding Individual Measurement Points And The Necessary Information Are Included In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Anticipates That Approximately 723 Mwh Of Electricity (+/- 20%) Will Be Consumed Under The Contract Concluded In This Procedure.4. The Ordering Party Requires That Contractors Applying For The Contract On The Date Of Submission Of Offers Have A Valid Contract Concluded With The Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), Based On Which Electricity Can Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All Facilities.5. The Ordering Party Has An Electricity Distribution Agreement With Energa Operator S.A., Ul. Navy Polish 130, 80 557 Gda sk.6. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Selected Contractor With The Documents Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Terminate The Existing Contracts For The Sale And Distribution Of Electricity Within The Framework Of Applicable Regulations And To The Extent Mutually Agreed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
