The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Batches - According To The Ordering Partys Needs On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 06:00 To 07:00, Maximum Deadline For Successive Deliveries ( Each Batch) - Up To 3 Business Days From Placing The Order (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or Telephone). This Deadline May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Printed Offer (As Part Of The Non-Price Criterion - Delivery Time From Placing The Order). The Ordering Party Requires Delivery Goods Free From Defects. If The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party That The Quality And/Or Quantity Of The Delivered Articles Is Inconsistent With The Order Placed (The Goods Are Defective), The Contractor Is Obliged, Within 3 Hours From The Ordering Partys Notification (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or By Telephone Or In Person During Collection Based On The Prepared Protocol) To Deliver The Correct Article(S), I.E. Free From Defects. This Time May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of The Non-Price Criterion - Response Time).
