1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2024. Until December 31, 20242. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Electricity To Power Premises And Buildings As Well As Street Lighting In The Mi om yn Commune Within A Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 2024. Until December 31, 2024 3. The Expected Energy Consumption Over A 12-Month Period Amounts To A Total Of 208,477 Mwh.4. The List Of Collection Points And The Expected Energy Consumption At Individual Points Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz).5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Distribution Service Operator For The Energy Consumption Points Covered By The Proceedings Is Energa Operator S.A. The Seller Is Tauron G os Sp. Z O. O. Contracts Are Separated, The Process Of Changing The Seller Is Carried Out Once Again.6. The Ordering Party Declares That The Expected Consumption Is Only An Approximate Value And May Be Increased Or Decreased. Regardless Of The Actual Consumption, The Seller Is Obliged To Apply The Energy Price Offered In The Tender Offer. The Seller May Not Pursue Any Claims From End Users If, During The Term Of The Contract, End Users Purchase A Smaller Or Larger Amount Of Electricity Than Expected, In Particular Due To An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Energy Consumption Points, A Change In The Tariff Group, A Change In The Ordered Power Or The Technical Parameters Of The Points. At The Epp Points Where Photovoltaic Installations Are Installed, The Contractor Will Conclude Appropriate Energy Purchase Agreements With The Ordering Party Based On The Contract Templates Provided By The Contractor.
