The Contractor Will Attach To The Project A Declaration That It Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract, Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards, Guidelines And Has Been Prepared In A Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose For Which It Is To Be Served And Has The Required Arrangements And Opinions.3.10 The Contractor Participates Without Additional Remuneration. Therefore, The Contractor Undertakes To Describe The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract In A Way That Ensures Fair Competition, Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, Unless The Documentation Provider Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And Such An Indication Will Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Also Include Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence, Which Will Enable The Ordering Party To Verify Equivalence.
