Work Detail

3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Bieżuń. Together With The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements In Order To Forward It To The Ordering Party, So That After The Protocol Takeover, The Latter Can Submit It To The Staroste Of Żuromin In Order To Obtain A Building Permit. Mgok Is Located On Plot No. 1185/1 In Bieżuń. The Building Has An Electricity Connection, A Water Supply Connection And A Sanitary Collector. The Local Development Plan3.2 Applies To The Above-Mentioned Plot. Mgok Is Located: - In An Urban Complex From The 18Th Century, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Of The Masovian Voivodeship Under No. A-155 Of May 7, 1962 - On The Provincial Road No. 541 - On Within The Natura 2000 Area, - Within The Nadwkrzański Protected Landscape Area. Due To The Above, The Documentation Must Be Agreed Upon, At Least With: - Masovian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments - Masovian Provincial Roads Authority 3.3 The Detailed Scope Of Documentation Development Includes The Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal And Communal Cultural Center In Bieżuń And Should Include, Among Others: A) Expansion Of The Building At The Level Of The Existing Ground Floor And First Floors ) Extension Of The Building By One Floor) Renovation Of The Basement Part Of The Buildingd) New Layout Of The Building (Preliminarily Planned Is: - On The Ground Floor, Sanitary Facilities, An Auditorium, Communication, - On The 1St Floor, Office Rooms, A Classroom, Sanitary Facilities, Communication, - On The 2Nd Floor On The First Floor: An Exhibition Hall, Classrooms, Sanitary Facilities, Communication,) D) Introduction Of Accessibility For Disabled People (On The Ground Floor, 1St And 2Nd Floors Of The Building: Communication, Sanitary Facilities And One Elevator) E) Renovation Of Building Elements (E.G. Replacement Of Window Frames) And Doors) F) Replacement Of Existing Installations And Construction Of New Installations, Including: - Heating Based On A Heat Pump, - Water And Sewage, - Electricity, - Photovoltaic, - Lan And Wifi Internet, - Telecommunications And Sound Systems, - External Video Monitoring And Internal And Sound Systemg) Interior Arrangements And Equipment, 3.4 As Part Of The Task, Documentation Should Be Prepared Including: - Technical Expertise Of The Building - Map/Maps For Design Purposes, - Geotechnical And Engineering Documentation, - Architectural Concept (Agreed With Wkz) - Multi-Sector Construction Design - 4 Copies - Multi-Discipline Executive Design For Each Industry - 3 Copies - Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry - 2 Copies - Investor Cost Estimate For Each Industry - 2 Copies - Detailed Technical Specification For Each Industry - 2 Copies - Documentation Record In Pdf; Jpg On Cd - 1 Copy - Opinions And Arrangements 3.5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult With The Ordering Partys Representative At Every Stage Of Preparing Documentation Regarding Important Elements Affecting The Costs, Quality And Reliability Of The Investment After Its Implementation, Functional And Construction Solutions. 3.6 Within 7 Days From Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party A Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including A List Of All Planned Activities And Estimated Dates Of Their Implementation. 3.7 The Contractor Will Be Obliged, Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract, To Submit To The Ordering Party A Design Concept For The Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Mgok Building For Approval, And Then, After The Ordering Partys Acceptance, Agree It With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. 3.8 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Written Report On The Progress Of Design Work At The Ordering Partys Office At Least Every Month, Starting From The Month Following The Signing Of The Contract; 3.9 After Getting Acquainted With The Actual Situation, The Contractor Ensures That He Has The Necessary Professional Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience, Capabilities And Powers Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Agreement. The Contractor Will Attach To The Project A Declaration That It Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract, Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards, Guidelines And Has Been Prepared In A Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose For Which It Is To Be Served And Has The Required Arrangements And Opinions.3.10 The Contractor Participates Without Additional Remuneration. In The Tender Procedure For Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation, The Development Of Which Is The Subject Of The Order, In Particular By Answering Contractors Questions Regarding The Design Documentation In Question Within The Deadline Specified By The Ordering Party.3.11 Under The Contract, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Activities Before And During The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works (According To The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor), In Particular: 3.11.1 Updating Investor Cost Estimates In The Event That The Public Procurement Procedure Is Initiated After 6 Months From The Date Of Estimating The Value Of Construction Works .A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Answers, Explanations And Information Regarding Solutions In The Design Documentation Directed By The Construction Manager And Other Participants Of The Construction Process; B) In The Event Of Additional Or Necessary Works Resulting From A Design Error, The Contractor, At The Request Of The Construction Manager, Will Be Obliged To Without Additional Remuneration To Develop Replacement And Additional Designs If Necessary; C) The Contractor Will Be Obliged, In The Event Of An Appeal And Initiation Of The Appeal Procedure, Also In The Case Of Decisions With Immediate Enforceability, To Provide All Explanations, Additions And Corrections To The Documentation Within The Deadlines Set By The Relevant Administrative Authorities; D) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Possible Instructions And Recommendations Of The Ordering Party, I.E., Among Others: Z.: Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, Regulation The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project, - Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of May 18, 2004 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program. In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or The Entry Into Force Of New Regulations, Individual Materials Must Be Developed And Decisions Must Be Obtained In Accordance With The New Legal Regulations.3.12 Editorial Requirements For Design Documentation: A) Complete Design Documentation Provided Along With The Arrangements In The Number Of Copies Specified In Point 3.4 Is To Be In Paper Form In Folders With A Description In Polish And On A Cd-Rom In One Copy; B) Drawings Should Be Saved In *Pdf Or *Jpg And *Dwgc Format) Technical Specifications Should Be Saved In A Commonly Used Text Editor In *Doc And *Pdf Formatd) Bills Of Quantities Are To Be Saved In A Common Text Editor In *.Doc Or *.Pdf Format; E) Investor Cost Estimates Should Be Saved In A Cost Estimate Program Available On The Polish Market; F) All Reconciliation Documents, Decisions, Opinions, Etc., Are To Be Scanned And Attached To The Documentation Provided On Cd-Rom.3.13 For Failure To Submit A Report On The Progress Of Design Work, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Pay The Ordering Party A Contractual Penalty.3.14 Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Such A Way As To Ensure The Protection Of Personal Data In Accordance With Applicable Regulations For The Time Of Submitting The Documentation To The Ordering Party.3.15 In The Adopted Design Solutions, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Indicate Construction Products (Materials And Devices) Approved For Trading And General Use.3.16 The Documentation Will Be Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In The Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works, Therefore The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare Documentation In Accordance With Art. 99-103 Of The Public Procurement Law. Therefore, The Contractor Undertakes To Describe The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract In A Way That Ensures Fair Competition, Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, Unless The Documentation Provider Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And Such An Indication Will Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Also Include Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence, Which Will Enable The Ordering Party To Verify Equivalence. The Contractor Is Responsible For Unauthorized Use Of Proper Names.3.17 The Developed Design Documentation Should Enable The Ordering Party To Conduct The Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Contract For Construction Works Without The Need To Order Additional Studies.
