Performing Maintenance Inspections Of Devices To The Extent Specified In The Device Operating Instructions, Including Checking The Operation Of Mechanisms, Installations And Parts In Terms Of Operational Safety And Assessing Their Technical Condition And Degree Of Wear. C. Maintenance, By Which The Ordering Party Understands Keeping The Equipment On The Ordering Partys Equipment In Operation And In Proper Technical Condition, Maintaining The Proper Cleanliness Of Individual Elements Of Evaporators And Condensers, I.E. Fans, Condensate Tray, Filters And Coolers, And Providing Consumables Necessary For Their Proper Functioning ( I.E. Fluids, Lubricants, Cleaning Agents).D. Issuing Reports On The Service Performed With Records Of The Activities Performed And Full Device Data Enabling Its Identification And Assignment To A Given Organizational Unit Of The Ordering Party, G. Free Issuance Of Judgments And Technical Opinions Regarding Devices Intended For Disposal And Disposal Of These Devices, The Place Of Provision Of Services Is The Place Of Use Of The Devices And Installations Or The Contractors Service Point (Depending On The Qualification Of The Repair, The High Degree Of Damage Or The Degree Of Complexity Of The Repair, Requiring Greater Involvement On The Part Of The Contractor). The Cost Of Transporting The Device To The Contractors Service Point Is Always Borne By The Contractor. The List Of Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Appendices To The Swz.
