The Ordering Party Declares That It Will Not Accept Changes In The Prices Of Materials Or Costs That Are Not Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request Additional Information Or Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances. The Application May Only Concern Services That Have Not Yet Been Performed,Ix. The Contractor Whose Remuneration Has Been Changed In Accordance With This Section Within 14 Days From The Date Of Concluding The Annex Referred To Above With The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Change The Remuneration Due To The Subcontractor With Whom He Concluded The Contract, To The Extent Corresponding To Changes In The Costs Related To The Subcontractors Obligation, If The Conditions Specified In Art. Are Met. 439 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, X. The Contractor In The Situation Referred To In Point Ix, Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing Within 5 Days About The Change In The Subcontractors Remuneration Or The Reasons For Not Making Such A Change.2. In Order To Change The Provisions Of The Contract Requested By The Party, It Is Obliged To Submit A Written Request Proposing To Change The Terms Of The Contract Along With Their Justification. The Request Should Be Submitted Immediately, But No Later Than Within 14 Days From The Date On Which The Party Learned Or Should Have Learned About The Event Or Circumstances Constituting The Basis For Amending The Contract.3. Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application Referred To In Section 2, The Party Is Obliged To Respond In Writing To The Submitted Request To Change The Contract And Forward It To The Other Party Along With The Justification, Both In The Event Of Refusal Or Acceptance Of The Request For Change.4. Any Changes And Additions To The Content Of The Contract Require Written Consent Under Pain Of Nullity And Will Be Permissible Within The Limits And Regulations Of The Public Procurement Law.5. It Is Assumed That The Following Changes Do Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract: 1) Contact Details; 2) Registration Data; 3) Details Of Persons Authorized To Contact On The Implementation Of The Contract From Each Of The Parties.6. During The Term Of This Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About: 1) Change Of Registered Office Or Company Name; 2) Change Of Representative Persons; 3) Declaration Of Bankruptcy; 4) Announcement Of Liquidation.
