1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The West Pomeranian Regional Branch And 18 Subordinate District Offices Of Arimr In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Parcels Weighing Up To 2000G, Called Parcels, Ensuring That Parcels Are Sent To The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of The Act On November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (I.E. Of 2023, Item 1640) And Transport Of Parcels From The Indicated Units Of The Ordering Party To The Post Offices Of The Contractor Or The Above-Mentioned Designated Operator, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Service.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes A Service Consisting In The Receipt By The Contractor Of The Shipments Specified Above From The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 7A To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, And Then Sending These Shipments To The Facility Designated By The Contractor. The Rules For Providing The Parcel Collection Service Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Draft Contract.3. The Quantities Of Individual Shipment Items Specified By The Ordering Party, Specified In The Offer Form - Table 1 (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) Are Estimates. The Quantities Are Based On The Planned Shipments Of All Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party During The Period Of Validity Of The Agreement And Are Used Only To Compare The Submitted Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer.4. Detailed Conditions For The Provision Of Services Covered By The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 9 To Swz)
