The Supply Of Electricity Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended), Implementing Regulations To This Act, In In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of May 4, 2007 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 93, Item 623, As Amended) And Other Legal Provisions.3. Settlement Will Take Place On A Monthly Basis, According To The Actual Electricity Consumption Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement And Billing System.6. The Forecast Electricity Consumption During The Contract Period Provided In Swz Iii - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Indicative Only And Is Used Only To Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Specified Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Amount Of The Ordered Energy, But Not Less Than 60% Of The Value Specified In Section 7.7.
