The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Based On A Functional And Utility Program.2. Investment Location: Plot No. 1821/4 And No. 1821/11, W ynice District, Gidle Commune, Radomsko Poviat, d Voivodeship.3. The Order Includes: A) Design And Construction Of A New Well No. 2 With A Depth Of Up To 50 M, Including The Installation Of A Well Casing Fully Equipped With Fittings, B) Documenting The New Exploitation Resources Of The Intake, C) Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Prepared Documentation, Including Connections Water Supply And Energy, Vases With Well Control, D) Construction Of Technological Pipelines, Taking Into Account The Removal Of Interferences, E) Connecting The Wells To The Intake Infrastructure And Construction Of A Control System, F) Construction Of A Control Cabinet With Monitoring, G) Installation Of A Hydrostatic Probe With An Extended Cable.4. The Purpose Of The Planned Order Is To Establish New Operating Resources Of The Intake In The Amount Of 25 M3/H. These Resources May Be Obtained By Individual Operation Of The Existing Well No. 1 And The Planned Well No. 2 Or, In The Event Of Unfavorable Hydrogeological Conditions, By Joint Operation Of Both Wells. The Measure Of Meeting The Requirements For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Approval Of The Operational Resources Of The Groundwater Intake In An Amount Not Less Than 25 M3/H And Obtaining Water Law Consent For The Abstraction Of Groundwater From The Intake In The Amount Of: Qmax.S. = 0.0047 M3/S, Qaverage Daily = 95 M3/D, Qadmissible Year. = 34,675 M3/Year5. The Contractor Will Prepare Documentation Regarding: A) A Design Of Geological Works For The Construction Of A New Intake Well And Documentation Of Operational Resources In The Amount Of 25 M /H Along With Obtaining An Approval Decision, B) An Information Card For The Project Along With Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions, C) Preparation Of A Construction Design -Executive Work Together With Obtaining A Building Permit (If Necessary), D) Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit (If Necessary), E) Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction And Assembly Works, (If Necessary ), F) Inventory Of Greenery In The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out (If Necessary), G) As-Built Documentation With All Changes Introduced During Construction Clearly Marked, Together With A Geodetic Inventory Of The Constructed Networks And Facilities, H) Addition To The Hydrogeological Documentation Determining The Operational Resources Intake, Along With Obtaining An Approval Decision, I) Water Law Report For The Construction Of A Water Facility And Groundwater Abstraction (Obtaining A Water Law Permit).6. The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Organization, Development And Maintenance Of The Contractors Facilities In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) Organization And Execution Of Supplies Of Materials, Construction And Assembly Works, C) Drilling A Well (Drilling A Well - Expected Depth Up To 50 M, Building A Column Filter 250 Mm, Backfilling, Cleaning Of The Well, Test Pumping Of The Well To Determine Operational Resources, Equipping The Well With A Submersible Pump With A Cable, Piping With The Well Head And Fittings, Connecting The Well To The Existing Water Storage Tank Installation, Making A Cover For The Well), Replacement Control Switchboard With Cabling Adapted To Control Two Submersible Pumps, Replacement Of Piping In The Water Intake Building From Plastic Pipes To Stainless Steel Pipes. D) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, As Well As Possible Supplementation Of The Acceptance Documentation During The Investment And In The Required Time After Its Completion, E) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including A Surveying Inventory To The Extent Required By Law And By The Ordering Party, 7. The Contractor Will Train The Ordering Partys Staff, Carry Out Commissioning Of The Equipment, Operational Tests And Trial Operation. It Will Also Perform Other Obligations Necessary To Take Over The Works From The Contractor And Put The Facility Into Operation, Including Equipping The Facility With Operating Devices And Tools, As Well As Occupational Health And Safety In Accordance With The Standard Resulting From The Technology And Material Solutions Used. The Contractor Will Also Provide Complete Marking Of Facilities, Devices, Zones And Other Installation Elements Requiring Marking.8. The Contractor Will Obtain All Arrangements, Opinions, Documentation And Administrative Decisions Required Under Polish Law, Necessary For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, At His Own Expense, Up-To-Date Maps For Design Purposes Required To Implement The Subject Of The Order.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Services Related To Authors Supervision Free Of Charge, When Performing Works Based On Its Documentation.11. It Is Recommended That, Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Undertakes A Site Visit Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings In Order To Assess, At His Own Responsibility, Cost And Risk, All Factors Necessary To Prepare His Offer, Including All Necessary Preparatory, Basic And Ancillary Works Both For Carrying Out Geological Works , Construction And Assembly As Well As Preparation Of Documentation For Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of Works And Subsequent Operation Of The Project.12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Annex No. 9 Swz And In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 10 Swz.13. The Contractor, And Therefore The Designer, Is Obliged To Perform Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Until The End Of The Warranty And Guarantee Period For Defects In Construction Works. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Construction Documentation And As-Built Documentation.14. All Materials, Products And Devices Intended For Use As Part Of The Investment Must Be Brand New, Of Good Quality And Free From Manufacturing Defects, And Must Have The Documents Required By Law Authorizing Them To Be Used In Construction. 15. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Documentation Required By Law In Polish: A) Design Documentation - 4 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version B) As-Built Documentation - 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version Electronic 16. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least: 5 Years Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
