The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Postal And Courier Items And Parcels And Their Possible Returns Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 2012 And The Collection Of Items (Correspondence) For Of The Ordering Party From Its Registered Office At Ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie 30, 80-824 Gda sk. The Order Was Not Divided Into Lots.2. In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2.1 To The Swz), The Ordering Party Specified The Expected Maximum Size Of The Subject Of The Order, Which It Plans To Implement Under The Contract Concluded With The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous. During The Execution Of The Order, Settlements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made Based On The Actual Quantities Of Shipments And Returns, According To Gross Unit Prices Specified By The Contractor In The Price Form. The Actual Quantities Of Shipments May Differ From The Estimated Quantities Provided. The Ordering Party Allows Changes To The Quantities In Individual Items Indicated In Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz (Price Form), Provided That The Maximum Value Of The Contract Does Not Exceed The Gross Price Indicated In The Offer Of The Selected Contractor. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Fulfill The Order At The Level Of 60% Of The Maximum Order Quantity.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Swz, In Particular In: 1) Important Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor - Details In This Respect, Determines The Swz. In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Method Of Contract Performance Than That Specified In This Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Settlement In Foreign Currencies. The Order Is Settled In Pln.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure.9.
