The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation Along With The Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates In Accordance With Applicable Law, Along With Obtaining On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party All Administrative Decisions As Well As Consents, Permits, Notifications Of Works And Conditions Necessary For The Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment As Part Of The Task Of Expanding An Educational Facility With Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With A Roof Of A Permanent Structure Along With Accompanying Infrastructure And Development At The Public Primary School. The First Task Includes: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A New Multi-Purpose Sports Field Measuring 20 M X 40 M With A Permanent Roof. Planned Sports And Entertainment Space, Equipped Outside: With A Roof Of Up To 800 M2, Inside: A Pitch (Up To 800 M2), Hall Facilities (Approx. 100 M2), Connector With The Primary School Building (Approx. 100 M2) With Accompanying Infrastructure . The Facility Is To Be Connected To The Heating Installation Located At The Public Primary School In Czarnia. A Set Of Mechanical Ventilation Installations With The Possibility Of Heat Recovery And Air Conditioning, As Well As The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Needs Of A School And Sports Facility. The Investment Includes 4 Mobile Laser Shooting Ranges (Virtual), As Well As A Mobile Stage With A Protective Carpet. As Part Of The Task, A Building Permit Must Be Obtained. The Second Task Includes: Preparation Of Design Documentation For Land Development Upon Submission To The Architectural And Construction Authority, Development Of Communication And Lighting Routes, As Well As Preparation Of Sports Architecture Designs, The So-Called Small Architecture, I.E. Benches, Bicycle Racks, Greenery Development With Rainwater Recovery To A Retention Tank, Which Will Be A Connection To The System Receiving Water From A Public Building And Using It Through Irrigation Systems.
