The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of Le na Street And The Construction Of A New Road Section As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Le na Street In Rog w Opolski In The Design And Build Formula, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Developed By Pracownia Projektowa Mostopol Sp. Z O. O. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation (Divided Into 3 Tasks) Necessary To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Investment From The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority And The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Task No. 1 And These Parts Of Task No. 2 And No. 3, Without Which It Will Not Be Possible To Put The Road Into Operation. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
