1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Modernized Building Of Kindergarten No. 74 At Ul. Wolska 79 In Warsaw. The Implementation Of The Task Includes Equipping The Premises Of Kindergarten No. 74 In The Scope Of: A) Delivery Of Kindergarten And Office Equipment; B) Installation Of Kindergarten And Office Equipment And Placement In Indicated Rooms; C) Removal Of Unnecessary Packaging From The Kindergarten Premises And Their Proper Disposal.2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Deliveries And Works, Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By: A) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template. 3) Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide This Order Into Parts, As Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper, Timely And Efficient Execution Of The Contract. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Is Homogeneous, And The Value Of The Order Indicates That Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Sector May Apply For It.4) The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 197,914.16 To Finance The Awarded Order.5) Guarantee And Warranty :The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Guarantee And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order To 36 Months. The Warranty And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers - See Chapter Xiv Of The Tor. 6) Pursuant To 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Conducted Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.7) The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Visit Local.
