The Ordering Party Requires That The Shipments Be Delivered To The Ordering Party No Later Than 8:30, While The Collection Of Shipments Is To Be Secured At From. 14:00 14:30.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have At Least Four Branches In Four Towns In The Trzebownisko Commune To Collect Advised Parcels Sent By The Trzebownisko Commune Office To Residents And Institutions From The Trzebownisko Commune. In Addition, We Require At Least Two Sending Offices Where The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Send Postal Items And Receive Confirmation Of Sending The Items In The Form Of A Stamp (Date And Time Of Posting) And The Signature Of The Contractors Employee In The Shipping Registers.5. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, To The Provided Address Or Post Office Box Address. 6. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide The Name And Address Of The Addressee On The Postal Item (Provided At The Same Time In The Postal Sending Book), Also Specifying The Type Of Shipment (Standard, Registered, Priority Or Return Receipt - Zpo) And The Full Name And Return Address Of The Ordering Party (Sender). . The Zpo Template - Return Receipt Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Keep Two Copies Of The Postal Consignment Book (Original For The Contractor, Copy For The Ordering Party) For Registered Shipments And Two Copies Of Quantity And Value Lists For All Sent Shipments. The List Will Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Division Into Regular And Fastest Category Shipments, Registered And Unregistered Shipments, With And Without Acknowledgment Of Receipt, S, L, M Format, Individual Weight Categories And Division Into Domestic And Foreign Shipments. The Template Of The Postal Consignment Book And The Quantity And Value Statement Will Be Agreed With The Contractor Before Concluding The Contract. The Original Postal Consignment Book And The Quantity And Value Statement Will Constitute The Basis For Settlement Purposes For The Contractor, And The Confirmation Of The Provision Of Postal Services For The Ordering Party.8. The Packaging Of Postal Items Will Be The Ordering Partys Envelope, Properly Secured. Responsibility For Postal Shipments After Their Delivery By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor.9. The Shipments Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Sent On The Day Of Their Shipment At The Contractors Headquarters. 10. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Postponing The Shipment To The Next Business Day If The Contractor Finds Any Deficiencies In The Received Shipments Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law, And It Is Impossible To Clarify Or Remove Them On The Day Of Their Delivery By The Ordering Party.11. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Markings Of Registered And Priority Shipments Free Of Charge. 12. If The Addressee Is Absent And It Is Not Possible To Deliver The Postal Item To Another Adult, Authorized Person In Domestic Traffic, The Contractors Representative Leaves A Notice In The Recipients Mailbox (First Notification, And After 7 Days Another Notification) About The Attempt To Deliver The Shipment, Indicating Where And When Within This Period, The Addressee May Collect The Letter Or Parcel, Taking Into Account The Conditions And Deadlines For Collecting The Parcel Specified In Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. After The Collection Deadline Has Passed Or After The Possibility Of Delivery Has Been Exhausted, The Shipment Is Immediately Returned To The Ordering Party Along With The Reason For Non-Collection By The Addressee. In The Case Of Shipments Abroad, The Rules Set Out In International Regulations Apply. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Facility In The Trzebownisko Commune Enabling Recipients To Collect The Notified Correspondence.13. The Person Receiving The Postal Item Confirms Its Delivery With A Signature Indicating The Delivery Date. If The Recipient Refuses To Confirm Delivery Or Is Unable To Do So, The Deliverer Himself Confirms The Date Of Delivery And Indicates The Person Who Received The Letter And The Reason For The Lack Of His Signature.14. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver All Postal Items Received Through Him And Return Undelivered Postal Items (With A Reason For Non-Delivery) As Well As Confirmation Of Receipt Acknowledged By The Addressee To The Ordering Party.15. In The Event Of Loss, Damage, Defect Or Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Pay The Ordering Party Due Compensation And Other Claims In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter 8 Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law.16. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Repacking Of Correspondence. The Ordering Party Will Only Use Its Own Shipping Packaging. The Use Of The Contractors Packaging Is Not Allowed.
