The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of A Complete, Technical And Legal Study Regarding The Project For The Reconstruction Of The Vistula Bicycle Route And Its Left-Bank Variant Within The Borders Of The Skocz w Commune, Together With The Construction Of New Engineering Facilities And Connectors As Part Of The Bicycle Routes In The Skocz w Commune Task, Enabling The Ordering Party Must Correctly Prepare And Submit An Application For Co-Financing Under The European Funds For The Silesian Voivodeship For 2021-2027, Measure 03.03 Regional Bicycle Routes - Zit. The Investment Task Should Be Divided Into 3 Stages And Technical Documentation, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities Should Be Prepared In Such A Way That Phased Implementation Is Possible, Enabling The Announcement Of A Tender For Construction Works For Each Stage Separately, According To The Following Division: 1) Stage 1 - Left-Bank Section On The Vistula Embankments Including The Construction Of A Slope Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge - Approx. 2.5 Km And The Construction Of A Connector To The Railway Station - Approx. 450 M;2) Stage 2 - Right-Bank Section On The Vistula Embankments With The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge Over The Bajerka Stream In The Area Of The Barrage Water Approx. 3 Km. 3) Stage 3 - Right-Bank Section On The Vistula Embankments From Dw944 To The Border With The Strumie Commune, Approx. 7.5 Km Long. As Part Of The Order, All Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Must Be Obtained, As Well As Final Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works And Their Completion. And Perform Authors Supervision. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
