The Service Involves Transporting Students From A Designated Place To The Educational Unit And Returning Them In Accordance With The Routes - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Estimated Number Of Transported Children (173 People + 4 Caregivers) And Sample Delivery Hours Are Included In The Timetable Schedule In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Area In Which The Service Will Be Provided - Wi cwice Commune.4. Transport Takes Place On School Days According To The Transport Routes And Bus Arrival And Departure Times Agreed With The Ordering Party.5. All Cost Elements Must Be Included In Students And Guardians Monthly Tickets. 6. Only Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended) And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons May Be Used To Transport Students, Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2201, As Amended).7. The Ordering Party Provides Care For Children During Transport. The Person Acting As A Guardian Will Wait For The Bus/Bus With The Children At The Starting Stop. 8. The Contractor Must Ensure Safe Transport For Students, I.E. Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions.9. The Contractor Guarantees That In Emergency Situations, At Its Own Expense, It Will Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport, Ensuring The Transport And Return Of Students To Schools.10. The Contractor Insures The Buses And Passengers Against Any Damage Incurred During Transport And In Connection With The Transport In The Scope Of Third Party Liability Insurance Of The Vehicle Owner And Personal Accident Insurance Of The Transported Persons.11. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Number Of Transported Students And Guardians. If The Number Of Transported Students Increases, The Contractor Must Ensure Their Transport On The Terms Specified In The Offer, With The Possibility Of Modifying The Route. 12. Due To The Diverse Terrain, Different Road Surfaces And The Location Of Stops, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Submission Of Offers Be Preceded By A Site Visit On Individual Routes.
