The Subject Of The Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide Publishing And Distribution Services Of A Scientific Journal As Part Of The Implementation Of The Excellence Initiative - Research University Program For The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.1.1 Subject Of The Order Financed From The Funds Of The Qlife Priority Research Area Under The Strategic Program Excellence Initiative At The Jagiellonian University Based On Agreement No. 06/Idub/2019/94 Concluded Between The Ministry Of Science And Higher Education And The Jagiellonian University On December 16, 2019.1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.3 The Subject Of The Proceedings And The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Publishing And Distribution Services Of The Scientific Journal Bio-Algorithms And Med-Systems - Bams (Hereinafter Referred To As: Bams Magazine) In Electronic Form, Including Editorial, Production, Hosting And Distribution Services, Marketing, Training And Technological Solutions (Hereinafter Referred To As Services), In Accordance With The Contract And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Years 2023-2026 On The Hosting And Distribution Platform. 1.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.2.
