3. Subject Of The Order:3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services In 2024 - Preparation And Delivery Of Food For Children Aged 7-15. 3.2. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1. Preparation And Delivery Of A Maximum Of 260 Pieces Of Lunch Dishes Per Day (Second Course + Compote) To School Students On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, No Earlier Than January 2, 2024. 2. Employing People To Serve Meals For School Students. Persons Employed To Serve Meals: 2.1 Disinfect Their Hands Before Each Entry To The Canteen Where Meals Are Prepared; 2.2 They Wash Their Hands Before Contact With Food Intended For Direct Serving, 2.3 They Wear Gloves And Protective Masks When Receiving Prepared Products; 2.4 They Throw Away The Gloves And Any Packaging In Which The Products Were Delivered Into A Garbage Bag. 2.5 The Contractor Transfers The Waste At His Own Expense. Additionally, The Contractor Is Responsible For Keeping The Canteen Room Clean After Meals. 2.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Necessary Waiter Service And Catering Equipment, Tableware (Glass Or Porcelain Dishes And Cutlery Made Of E.G. Stainless Steel). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Disposable Dishes And Cutlery.3. Meals Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays And School Holidays, At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That 181 Feeding Days Are Planned During The Duration Of The Contract.5. Products In The Daily Menu Must Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents. In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154) And Must Include: Second Course: Potatoes (Or Alternatively Rice, Groats, Dumplings, Pasta, Etc.) - Meat Dishes, E.G. A Piece Of Meat, A Leg Of Chicken Chaka, Turkey Breast, Pork Chop, Chicken Breast Steak, Beef Cutlets, Goulash, Etc. Fish, Dumplings, Pancakes, Dumplings, Etc. - Salad, Compote Or Drink. Drinks Prepared On Site Must Be Sweetened With Sugar In An Amount Not Exceeding 10 G Of Sugar In 250 Ml Of The Ready-To-Drink Product. For Frying, Use Refined Oil With A Monounsaturated Acid Content Of More Than 50% And A Polyunsaturated Acid Content Of Less Than 40%. Soups And Sauces Should Be Prepared From Natural Ingredients Without The Use Of Food Concentrates, Excluding Concentrates From Natural Ingredients. Add A Portion Of Fresh Vegetables Or Fruit To Each Meal. Fish Should Be Offered At Least Once A Week. 6. The Contractor Submits A Written Menu, Taking Into Account Weight And Calorie Content, Covering A Period Of At Least 10 Days For Approval To The School Principal, 5 (Working) Days Before The Day On Which The Menu Is To Be Used. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Make Changes To The Menu. 7. Meals Must Be Varied And Of High Quality In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight And Aesthetics. 8. In The Place Where Meals Are Produced, It Is Required To Maintain The Haccp Food Safety System Under The Direct Supervision Of An Internal Auditor.9. The Contractor Delivers Meals Using His Own Transport And Prepares Them Himself. The Contractor Ensures That The Meals Are Delivered In A Proper Condition (Hot, Fresh, Tasty And Aesthetic) And Properly Selected For The Age Of The Children. 10. Meals For School Children Should Be Delivered In Collective Thermoses And Packaging. Collective Containers Must Meet Standards For The Transport And Delivery Of Hot Meals. Hot Drinks Should Be Delivered In Thermoses. Due To The Impossibility Of Heating Meals At The Point Of Serving, A Maximum Transport Time Of 30 Minutes Should Be Taken Into Account.11. The Contractor Declares That He Has Full Authorizations Needed To Provide The Service Covered By The Order, Issued By The State District Sanitary Inspector. 12. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of No Lower Quality Than Those Offered At Its Own Expense From Other Sources. 13. The Offer Price Should Include The Cost Of Standard And Dietary Meals, If Necessary. 14. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. The Financial Settlement Between The Service Provider And The Ordering Party Will Be Based On The Meals Actually Delivered And Their Unit Price. 15. The Price Of One Set Should Include The Cost Of Preparing And Delivering The Meal To The First Floor - A Building Without An Elevator. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality And Safe Products In Accordance With Haccp Standards, Principles Of Nutrition And Applied Dietetics, Developed By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Store Samples Of Meals Served In Designated Refrigerators For A Period Of 72 Hours From The Date Of Administration. Sample Collection And Storage Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545). ). 16. Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System And The Requirements They Must Meet Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products. 17. In The Event Of Increased Sickness Or Absence Of Children, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Limit The Number Of Meals, Provided That The Contractor Is Notified At Least 1 Day Before Introducing Changes. The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For Reducing The Number Of Meals. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claim Against The Ordering Party. 18. The Contractor Will Make All Deliveries On Time. 19. The Contractor Declares That He Has Appropriate Knowledge, Qualifications And Skills As Well As Sufficient Technical Means To Perform This Contract And That He Will Perform It With Due Diligence In Accordance With Applicable Law. 20. The Contractor May Not Entrust The Performance Of This Contract Or Any Part Thereof To A Third Party (Subcontractor) Without The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party. 21. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract And Any Damage Caused Thereto, Both Towards The Ordering Party And Towards Third Parties For Whom The Subject Of The Contract Is Directly Performed.
