Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Brzeg Dolny In 2024

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Brzeg Dolny In 2024.3. Estimated Quantity: 4 Gas Consumption Points - In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Estimated Demand For Gaseous Fuels, Which Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Facilities - Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 1, Is Estimated At: 1,822,257 Kwh. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimated Value And May Change Within +/- 20% Of The Basic Volume. 5. The Ordering Party Indicates That Due To The Irregular Operation Of The Facilities And The Ongoing Thermal Modernization Of The Indoor Swimming Pool, The Demand For Gas Fuel Is An Indicative Value. In Particular In The Case Of An Indoor Swimming Pool, For Which The Estimated Volume Was Determined Based On The Previous Heat Source. In The Event Of A Difference Between The Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Consumed And The Transmission Service In Accordance With The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.6. The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Annexes To The Swz: No. 4 (Draft Contract) And No. 1 (List Of The Employers Facilities).7. The Ordering Party Informs That: 1) For All Consumption Points, The Possible Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier Will Be Carried Out Once Again; 2) Consumption Points For Which The Change Is Carried Out Once Again Do Not Have Any Promotional Agreements Concluded; 3) Currently Selling Gas Fuel For The Needs Of The Ordering Party Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Comprehensive Agreements With Polskie G rnictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo Obr t Detaliczny Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa; The Current Comprehensive Agreement Is Valid Until December 31, 2023;4) The Distribution System Operator Is Polska Sp ka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Branch In Wroc aw At Ul. Zi bicka 44;5) The Contract Will Be Concluded For The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024;6) The Condition For Starting Deliveries On The Indicated Date Is The Expiry Of The Applicable Contracts And The Effective Implementation Of The Seller Change Procedure;7) Declarations Regarding The Intended Use Purchased Gas, For Excise Tax Purposes, Will Be Transferred To The Contractor When Signing The Contracts.8. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order.9. The Contractor Should Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Unless He Is An Operator Himself), Operating On The Ordering Partys Premises And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points.
