Maintenance And Technical Assistance, Including Supplies Of Spare Parts For The 2 Steam Turbo-Alternator Groups Of The Lyon Sud Energy Treatment And Recovery Unit (Utve). The Services Concern: A 4Mp33mw Type Counterpressure Unit From Thermodyn, Called Gta1; A Regulated Condensation And Extraction Group Of Type 5Mc6e9mw Manufacturer Thermodyn, Called Gta2; And The Respective Transformers Of These Two Turbo-Alternator Groups. The Two Groups Are Operated By A Woodward Type 500 E Brand System, With The Possibility Of Interconnection Of One To The Other. The Public Contract To Be Awarded Is A Framework Agreement (Put Work By Issuing Purchase Orders) Concluded According To The Rules Of Articles L21251 And R216213 And 14 Of The Ccp For A Duration Of 4 Firm Years, With A Minimum Amount Of 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And A Maximum Amount Of 1 500,000 Euro(S) (Excl. Vat). The Contract Includes Services Linked To Maintenance And Supply Services Linked To Spare Parts. The Service Provider May Be Required To Intervene On Other Sites In The Metropolis.
