Unused Prior To The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary For Conducting A Test Of Correct Operation From Official Distribution Channels Manufacturer, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment Medical Services Within The Scope Specified In Annex No. 5.1 And 2.1 To The Swz Together With Their Transport, Bringing, Setting Up And Assembling (If Applicable) To The Ordering Partys Registered Office: Al. Kra nicka 100, 20-718 Lublin, B) Delivery Of The Required Service Information Together With The Order Instructions In Polish (If Applicable), C) Providing Technical Documentation, Use Related To The Subject Of The Order, D) Delivery Of Documents Together With The Order Warranty Issued By The Manufacturer, As Well As All Necessary For Proper Operation Operation Of Wires, Cables, Connectors, Etc. (If Required For Proper Operation Product). 2. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Have Compatible Features With The Description Included In Annex No. 5.1 To The Swz - List Of Parameters And Conditions Required And Meet The Conditions Specified In This Swz.
