This Contract Concerns A Framework Agreement Relating To Project Management Assistance As Part Of Various Maintenance And Optimization Projects For Installations It Of The Parliament Of Wallonia. The Market Consists Of Providing Guidance And Technical Assistance And Strengthen The It Service Team Of The Logistics Department Of The Registry Of The Parliament Of Wallonia (Hereinafter “The It Service”), In Particular For And As Part Of The Following Operations: - The Audit And Repair Of Installations Existing It Systems, Including The Electrical Installations That Serve Them ; - The Study And Recommendation Of Modifications, Improvements, Additions And Technological Updates; - The Study And Establishment Of Program Documents ; - The Study Of Summary And Detailed Preliminary Projects; - The Provision Of Resources It (Including One Or More Systems Engineers, Web Developers, Application Developers, Data Analysts, Cloud Technology Experts », Information Systems Architects, Experts In Microsoft 365 Applications And Project Managers) As Well As Technical Skills; - The Implementation A Cybersecurity Strategy With The Provision Of One Or More Analysts Safe ; - Assistance With The Organization Of The Operation And, Where Applicable, Training ; - The Drafting Of Technical Provisions Relating To Public Procurement. All Services Must Be Permanently Provided In Perfect Collaboration With It Service Agents. To Ensure Perfect Integration In The Organization Of Said Service, The Contracting Authority Expects Profile(S) Suggested By The Successful Bidder The Following Qualities: - Have Experience In Connection With This Mission Of At Least 5 Years For The Different It Profiles Listed In The Previous Paragraph; - Defend The Interests Of The Parliament Of Wallonia Generally ; - Have Great Availability To Respond Without Delay To Occasionally Urgent Requests From The Contracting Authority; - Watch Over Respecting The Ambitions Of The Various Projects; - Write The Bidding Documents In Competition With Possible Projects; - Demonstrate Great Proactivity With A View To To Suggest Avenues For Continuous Improvement To The Parliament Of Wallonia.
