Engineering Design Services For Mechanical And Electrical Installations For Buildings - 23D211025 - Lua Sachsen - Specialist Planning Technical Equipment - Conveyor Systems (Anlgr.6). The Free State Of Saxony, Represented By The State-Owned Company Saxon Real Estate And Construction Management, Intends To Build A New Building To Accommodate The State Investigation Institute For The Health And Veterinary Saxony (Lua) In The Large District Town Of Bischofswerda In The Bautzen District. The New Building Will Have User-Specific, High-Tech Equipment Laboratories With Different Security Levels And Associated Offices For Three Specialist Departments And Service Areas Are Created. The Spatial Program To Be Implemented Includes A Total Usable Area (Nuf 1-6) Of Approx. 15,550 M . The Total Area Of The Laboratories (Nuf 3) Is Approximately 10,000 M , Of Which Around 5,100 M Are Planned With Security Level S2 Or S3. Furthermore Are Approx. 2,900 M Of Office And Lounge Space (Nuf 1 And 2) As Well As Approx. 2,500 M Of Storage Space (Nuf 4) Planned. The Total Cost Framework Estimated For The Construction Project Was Rbk Determined And Totaled 226 Million Euros Gross. Of These, 72.7 Million Are Euro Gross On The Cost Group 300 And 83.8 Million Euros Gross On The Cost Group 400 (As Of 06/2022). The Costs Of Cost Group 460 Were Made In An Initial Estimate Assumed To Be 1.591 Million Euros Gross. Are The Subject Of The Planned Commission The Planning Services Of Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment In Accordance With Part 4 Section 2 Hoai, For System Group 6 (Conveyor Systems) According To Section 53 Paragraph 2 Hoai. First Done The Commissioning Of Service Phases 2 And 3, With The Option Of Gradual Commissioning Further Services In The Following Service Phases 5 To 9.
