Offers must be submitted to the Project Management Unit (PMU) , located at the address: Abidjan, Cocody, Riviera 3, Rue E65, Cit EECI, not far from the mosque , to the attention of the Coordinator No later than March 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Universal Time . Submission of bids electronically will not be permitted. Any offer received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to be present at the opening in the PMU meeting room , on March 8, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. Universal Time . NB: Before submitting offers, a site visit will take place on February 8, 2023 at 9 a.m. at BOUNA and a preparatory meeting is scheduled for February 15 , 2023 at 10 a.m. at the UGP. 7. Offers must include an offer guarantee for an amount of fifteen million five hundred thousand (15,500,000) CFA Francs. This offer guarantee will be delivered by a bank or financial institution (such as an insurance company) approved by the Ministry of Economy and Finance or in a country in the UEMOA/BCEAO region. If a bidder produces a bid guarantee from a foreign bank (bank outside the UEMOA/BCEAO area), this must be accompanied by an agreement signed between the guarantor and a bank established in C te dIvoire or in the UEMOA space. (Elimination). Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submitting offers. The period of validity of the offer guarantee is one hundred and forty-eight (148) days (i.e. 120 days for the validity period of the offer + 28 days).
