We will use the systems to store data about our alumni, segment them based on data we hold, extracts lists for use in email communications, and report on engagement between MFAT personnel and Alumni. Personnel accessing the data and using the systems are located in Wellington and in our diplomatic Posts (outside New Zealand). It is our intention to issue an RFP with more detailed requirements then select and implement suitable systems in early/mid 2024.
